Cancellation conditions & Personal Data Protection


All cancellations (registration & accommodation) need to be sent in writing (e-mail, fax or post) to Spektar putovanja d.o.o.
Cancellations before 1 April, 2024 – full refund. Administrative fee of 30,00 € will aplpy.
Cancellations from 12 April till 11 July 2024 – a refund of 50%  to all paid fees.
Cancellations after 12 July, 2024 –  after this date, there will be no refund whatsoever.
Name changes will be charged a fee of 30,00 €  per registration.
Special requests for the processing of the invoice should kindly be submitted in writing to the Registration Department. For the reissuing of invoices 20,00 €  will be charged.
